Can I choose what's in my box?
We collect and arrange the boxes for you, however, if you have any wishes or requests for specific products, please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate your request.
Can I order my box at any time?
Yes, you can. We offer 3 boxes a year, and when you make your order we will inform you when the box will be sent and when you can expect to receive it, so you get the products as fresh as possible.
Do you offer different boxes?
We offer 3 boxes a year:
Christmas/Hannukah box
Easter/Passover box
Rosh Hashana – The Jewish New Year
How much will I pay in shipping?
Shipping is included in the price.
How much will I pay in toll and taxes?
This depends on the country you live in.
UPS will take care of the declaration for you, and in case you need to pay something in toll or customs, UPS will inform you about the amount.
We still advise you to check with the authorities in your country for current toll or tax regulations on the products in the box.
When will my package arrive?
We use UPS with door delivery, and we will update you once the box is on the way. UPS door to door delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days in Europe.
How can I track my package?
When your box has been sent, you will receive a link with the tracking.
What do I do if an item in my package is broken?
Please contact us here if something is broken when you receive your box.
Can I send a package to a friend?
Yes. When you make your order, fill in the adress you want the box to be sent to, while you fill in your own details under billing adress. If you need help, please contact us here.
